Ada updates and new terms & conditions

Hi Hmntch,

A couple of weeks ago, we shared that we were making a few updates to the Ada app and our policies. We know that health is a personal topic, and it's important to us that as we continue to grow, we're as transparent and as clear as possible with you about how Ada works, the quality and safety measures we have in place, and how your data is processed and protected.

As part of this, we've launched a new, more detailed onboarding process for all users, as well as a more comprehensive privacy policy and terms and conditions. This means that the next time you login to Ada, you'll be taken through this new process. Afterwards, you can use Ada as usual.

For more information, you can view our updated Terms & Conditions at https://ada.com/terms-and-conditions, and Privacy Policy at https://ada.com/privacy-policy. You also have the option to change your permissions or delete your personal data stored with us in the Ada app settings at any time.

To your health,
Ada

Updated Privacy Policy - Restriction in processing health data

Updated Privacy Policy - Restriction in processing health data

Hi Hmntch,

Today, Ada is supporting more than 8 million users around the world.

As such, we're constantly evolving our service to ensure the best outcomes for our global user base. As part of this, we've made some updates to our systems and the associated Privacy Policy. So in a few weeks, we will ask you to provide a new consent to certain data processing for new and existing functions through a refined process in your Ada app.

Until we receive your new consent, some functions of the app will be limited as we have restricted the processing of your personal health data for all purposes other than for the basic use of the symptom assessment. In the meantime, you will still be able to start new symptom assessments, and access and review your old assessments.

For more information about how we process your personal data, you can view our Privacy Policy at https://ada.com/privacy-policy/.

You also have the option to change your permissions or delete your personal data stored with us in the Ada app settings at any time.

To your health,
Ada
